Modeling/UVing/Texturing Tips & Tricks.
Freelance Artist Alan Van Ryzin was invited to SCAD a couple of weeks ago by the Game Design department to give a class on modeling and texturing. The whole class ate up an entire Saturday— 10AM-3:30PM —but it was well worth it. The class was full of useful information and great tips on modeling/texturing for games.

In an attempt to catch up....
Here’s some stuff that’s happened since I disappeared off of the face of the earth for a while—
Attended a texturing masterclass that taught me a ton about modeling.

MLG: Part Deux
I realized I never followed up with my favorite part of MLG! (I’ve been a bit busy since getting back.) The best part, for me, was visiting the Sony Booth. I got to play Uncharted 3, Resistance 3, and I got an awesome look at the Sony Vita. And I got a cool light-up PS3 bracelet.
Uncharted 3
Having never owned a Playstation system, I will admit that I haven’t played the...
